Winter White

Back when I did the link up on how to wear white jeans I found so much fantastic inspiration on how to wear white jeans during the winter. Usually winter white is more of an off white so not be so harsh against paler (or pastey) winter skin. But this is less of an issue with white jeans.

I love the idea of a tone on tone look for winter whites. I think it is a great way to warm up a pair of white skinny jeans or slim boyfriends like I am wearing above.

Without some pops of colour this outfit might have been a bit boring. I paired my cozy over-sized blue plaid scarf with this outfit not only for warmth, but the white in the plaid ties the outfit together.

Usually I would think silver with white but because the warmer tones in the sweater and the boots I went with gold touches in the rings I was wearing (see them up close on Instagram), and the hardware on my Rebecca Minkoff Mini Mac in Port.
