Ok so it isn’t a Missoni shirt, but the zig-zag chevron like pattern reminds me of a Missoni print or knit.
I actually wore this outfit combo to the zoo a week or so ago but was too hot and sweaty from checking out the animals and pushing the stroller to warrant taking pictures. But this also works as a great cottage outfit.
What I like about this outfit is that the top while only a t-shirt is not as simple as a t-shirt and shorts because the top isn’t just another v-neck tee. And so even though I feel super comfy and casual, I also feel a bit more put together than in my usual cottage clothing.
I paired the top with my Bermuda shorts and Bensimons. I read on some other blog that no one should wear Bermuda shorts as they are frumpy. I beg to differ as not all of us have wonderfully long, lean legs to pull off short shorts.
As long as the Bermuda shorts are above the knee they provide the coverage we shorties with thicker legs need to feel comfortable in shorts. Also I find for doing alot of walking they are just so much more comfortable.
