Show Off; mixing prints and rain boots

I was in at Joe Fresh the other day when they were switching over to new stock. I had wanted to grab one of their bleached out button down the front jean skirts but after a no tax event they were all gone.

But I found this printed skirt that I fell in love with instead. So I thought I would show it off. The elastic waistband is crazy comfortable and somehow flattering. Same with the cut of the skirt, there is a slight Aline so again it is really flattering.

With all the cold and rainy weather I have been wearing my rain boots constantly. I didn't really need them today, but I thought it was a fun contrast to an otherwise dressier outfit.

If you are shorter or have wider calves these boots I have from JCREW are really great option. I could never fit into Hunters even though I love the look. Still these fit way better and are less expensive. Especially since I scored these ON SALE. Plus the zipper up the back is super cute.

I absolutely love that this skirt has hidden pockets! If you aren't into the orange the skirt also came in a blue print.
