It is hard to believe it is March with the weather we have been having this week. It is so warm and spring like I had to pull out my white jeans.
We took our kids over to Riverdale Farm and surprisingly we were of a small minority dressed as if it was warm outside. Even though the weather brought people out in droves, so many were still wrapped up in winter coats and hats. Whatevs, I was soaking up the sun!
I wanted to keep this outfit as light as possible, to compliment the white denim. So I threw on a chambray shirt and my lightest leather jacket. The belted boots you have last seen here.
I am not usually one to source clothing from my Mom’s closet and when she gave me this ankle wrap style boots she got in Milan I never would have guessed I would wear them so much. But I love the colour and the ankle wrap style is actually so easy to wear. If I were to buy a pair today I would get these from Madewell.
I didn’t really accessorize this outfit too much. I was already wildly overdressed for Riverdale Farm. Still I threw on my Rosegold watch and a lucky horseshoe necklace. I will admit that white jeans while spring appropriate are not farm appropriate. I picked up my daughter to pet a cow and instantly dirt on my thigh. Oh well.
