What to wear with Wide Leg Jeans

Wide leg and flare jeans are the denim of the season. They are back in a big way and are replacing skinny jeans as the on trend jean of 2015. That being said many denim aficionados have admitted that current skinny cuts have moved from trendy to a classic or basic style.

Flare, trouser and wide leg styles have been harder to find in the past few years, but I think this season that is all about to turn around. Most denim brands are bringing out more flare and wide leg jeans styles than the token pair that seemed the be the norm in the past. flare and trouser jeans 2015, wide leg jeans, spring jeans

Ok so now that we know that flares are a must buy this year what to wear with them??!! I bet you are wondering what to wear with wide leg jeans too. We are so out of practice! What I like about trouser jeans is that basically you can take what you wear through the work week (think blazers, button downs, slim sweaters) and pair them with wide leg jeans and it totally works. Plus high waisted jeans (modern high waists are really just not low waist) look fantastic with blouses tucked in, so don’t be afraid of the tuck.

I am so happy to see this! I've never stopped wearing my flare and trouser jeans, I love them. Glad to get away from skinny jeans for a bit!

I am glad too - I am sick of trying to find pairs and not having enough selection!
