Rocking the Fringe Trend

Fringe seems to be a big trend for Spring 2015. Everything from sandals to bags and jackets have been fringed. Fringe seems to give everything it touches a 70’s boho vibe which can be a bit much but if you keep the underlying outfit simple and modern (think sleek dark denim or a great trouser and a pointy toe loafer) the fringe won’t overwhelm or leave you looking like you forgot to attend a festival that day.

Another thing to keep in mind if you don’t want to over do the whole fringe trend it to only wear one fringed item at a time. So if you are wearing fringe sandals do not pair it with a fringe jacket or a fringe bag.

Personally I love the idea of a fringe purse paired with a really sleek modern look. Just think of walking down a city street and the fringe moving with you. To me it just looks incredibly cool.
