Valentine’s Day Outfit Inspiration with Brilliant Earth

I wasn’t planning on doing any more Valentine’s Day outfit’s after those that I posted for #thewaywewear Valentine’s Day. But I was invited to participate in Brilliant Earth’s Create a Little Love campaign so I thought why not? It gave me a chance to create some outfit inspriation from items I don’t have in my closet right now.

Amour Top/pink pleated skirt/heels/sunglasses/earrings/bracelets/heart print blouse/jeans/red pumps

I chose to create an outfit around the Brilliant Earth diamond studs because whether you go with a girly look (like on the left) or a more tomboy, casual look (like on the right) they go with everything.

I like the idea of the first outfit, the skirt is such a pretty colour. The tee is to make the outfit more easy going and the red heel is because I just can’t get enough of red and pink together for Valentine’s Day.

But when it comes to reality I would more likely wear the second outfit. The silk blouse with the subtle heart print, boyfriend jeans and heels. Again red heels and a subtle pink blouse for me makes a fantastic option for Valentine’s Day. Throw on a few love inspired bracelets (Canadians, these Alex & Ani bracelets can be found at The Bay!) and we are good to go.

Heart Sunglasses for Valentine’s Day because when else can you wear your heart out on your sleeves, or rather face?
