The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is coming at us again this year. Although a month later than usual. Normally the sale would be on right now. The great thing about the Nordstrom Anniversary sale is that unlike end of season sales where left over stock gets marked down, this sale is NEW stock for fall on sale before fall even starts. Even if you don’t shop the sale it is fun to check out what is coming for fall.
Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Picks
- Oaklane Glenplaid coat – Beautiful coats are always an item to be on the lookout during the sale. This one is classic and gorgeous. I can see it being a favourite of all the bloggers who live in neutrals.
- Belted long coat – I love a colourful coat. This one looks to fit a bit straighter than I would like but the colour!
- Houndstooth coat – I love the oversized collar on this coat. And houndstooth is a classic that always comes back.
- Wool Alpaca blend coat – I put this coat on the list because it is gorgeous but also because of that alpaca blend. Alpaca makes for a super soft, super warm coat.
- Chunky balloon sleeve sweater – Love the neckline and the texture on this sweater.
- Kent Cardigan Sweater – There always seem to be a bunch of great long cardigan options. I like that this one seems to have some weight but at the same time doesn’t look too chunky.
- Dot Scarf – I picked out this scarf because it was something different. I have a boat load of scarves. I don’t need another one. At this point the scarf has to be really unique to catch my interest. There weren’t really that many scarves to choose from in the sale.
- Cashmere pullover – another thing you can find in the sale is affordable cashmere. I wear the one I bought back a few years ago all the time.
- Infinite lines tee – I have been editing out my tshirts and getting rid of ones that don’t really work. I love the blue and red stripe combo on these.
- Rounded V neck tee – This option is more affordable than the first. I would pick it up in this stripe and a black. Basically it is all I wear.
- Cozy twist front pullover – I have one of these in grey and black and it is probably one of my most worn items. I wear it to work or weekends. I could probably use a refresh.
- Long Sleeve crew neck tee – yes this is the same tee as before only in long sleeve. I love a sale to stock up on basics.
- True V neck bralette – I bought this true bra early during COVID lockdowns. I wanted something supportive but felt like nothing. True was the best of what I tried.
- Contour underwire sports bra – These are the holy grail of supportive sports bras. I have this one.
- Moonlight Dream PJS – These are high on my list to try. I think loungewear is going to be huge this sale. More so than other years.
- Pleated cotton face masks – Ok these aren’t part of the sale you could snatch them up right now. I wish I could find these on the Canadian site! I also like this pack.
Are you going to be shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary sale this year? The sale starts August 4th for some cardholders and August 13th for everyone else who holds a Nordstrom credit card. If you don’t have a Nordstrom credit card you will have to wait until August 19th.
For Canadians early access is in store only. I don’t know why we cant shop online as well. Honestly it is making me feel like I don’t need a Nordstrom credit card. It only seems worth it if you live in Toronto, Calgary or Vancouver. The Nordstrom sale is not on the Canadian website until August 20th.
