Isabel Marant or Schutz
I am still not sure if I am over the wedge sneaker or not. They have a serious cool factor, but the original Isabel Marant ones have a hefty price tag. But every time I see them paired with skinny jeans and an oversized jacket I start to drool.
The one pair that I keep coming back to are the Isabel Marant Betty's. First because they exude cool but also because they are less obviously trendy. But at $675 they are a bit expensive for sneakers. And they are white which means they will look dirty in about 5 minutes of wear. Schutz makes a comparable sneaker for only $200 (its relatively cheaper...). What I like about them is that they come in a brown and black, which have so much more staying power than the white.
