When the sun comes out I change out my leather bag for something more fun. Basket bags are quintessentially summer. But it doesn’t just mean different textures it is also a great time to add some colour. Sharing a round up of fun summer basket bags to add some visual interest to your summer outfits.
Fun Summer Basket Bags
- Crochet Basket Bag – embrace your summer boho vibes with this bag. This would pop against a simple sun dress or linen outfit.
- Paros bag – This bag comes in a bunch of colours from natural to vibrant shades like the yellow. I like the shell like pattern.
- Multi stripe bag – Fun rainbow stripes. Smaller size than some of these totes.
- Wayuu Tote – If you aren’t into raffia as it can wear out over time, this tote has a fun pattern and is made of woven acrylic.
- Red Raffia Tote – This is a large statement bag. You could carry loads of towels in this bag for a beach day!
- Vintage Woven mini tote – This is a great option if you are looking for something smaller for every day. This bag is sisal not raffia. Still screams summer but on a smaller scale.
- Large raffia tote bag – This seems to be a dupe of a premium brand. I can’t speak to the quality of this version or the more expensive option. But the dupe allows you to customize and get the colour combinations you want.
- Sisal bucket bag – I don’t know what it is about this bag but it is giving me Sezane vibes without the price tag.
- Sola Basket Bag – This bag is larger than it looks in this picture and it has a fantastic slouchy look to it.
- Handmade crochet bag – this bag has a really fun texture that looks almost chunky.
