Army influences have been popping up in fashion for a long time. Pea Coats, Trench coats, cargo pants, skinny cargo pants; all come from in some form from the armed forces.
Lately I have been partial to the army jacket with rolled sleeves, but this season it is being updated from a plain green to a camo print. In fact camo is showing up in skinny pants, blouses and sweaters.
I would never want to say that camo is going to be glamorous but you can dress it up. Still I think it is more of a casual weekend look whether it is weekend chic with wide leg trouser jeans and cheetah loafers, or dressing down a floral dress.

you know I have been on the fence about the whole camo thing until I saw this incredibly chic older woman, white hair and all totally rocking the camo pant. Now I am all for it.

Blair from Atlantic-Pacific was wearing a super girly dress the other day with a camo jacket. It was the perfect mix of tough and girly. So you could totally do it!
