Neon Winter

It is hard to resist the new spring items as they line the shelves. Even if it can be a bit of a challenge to incorporate them into your wardrobe without looking like your are pushing the seasons.

I feel like I might have said this before. Maybe here. Still I am not one to wear bear legs in minus anything weather just because I have a pretty dress.

It is funny how you can pass by an item a few times before it becomes the exact thing you want that day. That is how this spring neon sweater was for me. I had passed it by a few times at Joe before I just had to have it. I thought the super bright orange just screamed spring. The slouchy oversized style was just what I needed.

It isn't the warmest sweater I own but with some layers it will work as we transition to spring. Today I let the sweater be the focal point by simply pairing it with dark denim and suede booties.

The sweater is quite long so I chose to tuck it in, but I could totally see it layered over a sundress. It is overszied so consider sizing down if you want a sunger fit.
