Seventies, you Dig

I used to be one of those girls that would wear jeans instead of shorts in the summer. Maybe it was because I spent alot of time in the office or air conditioning in general but I never really felt that hot.

Fast forward a few kids later now I dress for the weather. Lets be serious denim is too hot for most days of the summer.

Still when it comes to the evenings, they can be cool, or cool enough to pull out your favourite flared denim. Because let's be serious they look great with summer wedges.

I am a total sucker these day for a printed blouse. This silk on from Madewell has a big floral print in black and white and I think it is pretty versatile. I could just as easily wear it loose with skinny jeans as I do above tucked into flared denim.
