Sometimes a top just ticks all the boxes. This one has pretty details, is super flattering even on the arms and works for work or weekend.
I haven’t actually gone for peplum style tops in quite a while but this one was so pretty I just had to snatch it up. The little peplum detail sweeps away from the body to kind of hide a tummy. Also it isn’t too tight anywhere. I took a look through the archives and this peplum is relatively small compared to the ones that were popular a few years ago.
Other details on this outfit are the white flare denim which is going to be a must wear this summer. I had a pair of old Gap ones that I needed up upgrade because they are too small. These JCREW ones are great.
The pink cord blazer is a favourite find from last year. Cord is usually something I attribute to fall and winter but in this light pink I think it works for Spring.
Finally the tote is THE Everlane tote that Meghan Dutchess of Sussex has been known to carry. I will be writing up a full review on the bag soon!
