I have purchased quite a few bras this year and I think I have figured out my absolute favourite. Comfort and support are my must haves. I want to feel like I nothing on. Not have to worry about straps falling or adjusting. I want everything to be nicely shaped too. These are the undergarments that get me there.
This is my all time favourite bra. I now have it in three colours. It isn’t the prettiest bra but it is so soft and comfy and you are super supported. Plus I am not always adjusting the straps which happens with so many other bras. I usually get mine from here. But it is part of the Anniversary sale HERE.
These are my go to for wearing under dresses and skirts. They are cotton not polyester and they aren’t a shaper. Most of the time the compression from a shaper is not that comfortable for all day wear. These are just for anti chafing so that you can wear a skirt without worrying about thigh rub. I find the cotton more soft and comfortable too.
I have tried no line panties, fun undies cheeky sayings and even went through a thong phase. These days at just past 40 I just want something comfortable that breaths and isn’t going to fall apart after a month. These are my faves right now. I have tried the high rise but they are too high rise. I prefer the mid rise styles.
The only other undergarments I use regularly is a camisole for wrap dresses that don’t guarantee coverage. I have these and this.
