First off guys this is the first outfit post in a really long time! And it isn’t quick selfies in the mirror. I did use my back yard as the back drop instead of heading out into the neighbourhood. Baby steps. I got back in front of the camera to share how I am wearing the house dress trend. I have been loving easy dresses through the summer. This one has a square neck and is slightly aline shape. It is basically a sack dress when it is not belted.
Unbelted this dress is perfect to throw over a bathing suit to head to the beach or pool. It is easy breezy and doesn’t feel restricting. The sleeves have elastic so if you want to push them up further on the arm you can do that easily. The elastic isn’t too tight so you can easily push up to the elbow without feeling restricted.
If I was running errands or even wearing this dress to the office I would make sure to belt it. Belting the dress gives it more shape and style. The dress actually comes with a fabric belt but I prefer adding something contrasting.
