If I am going to be honest I took these photos sometime in July when we were having a few days of cool mornings. But then it turned hot again so I didn’t post them. They feel a bit more practical now since in the next few weeks the humidity will creep out of our forecast. The first jacket I reach for at this time of the year is my trench coat. It looks professional and it looks cute.
I wore a few of my favourite things for this outfit. This boxy stripe top has proved to be a really good buy. I like the heavier weight and the shape. I wore it with shorts all summer and I will keep wearing it with denim through the fall.
The denim I have raved about before. I just love how they hold everything in so well. I have ordered the curvy fit to see if they are any different.
On this day I apparently was about all the print and colour. The trench coat definitely tones it down but I have leopard and stripes and the colorful flats.
