Blue with Brown accents

I shared last week that I wanted to show another way to style this blue coat. I am loving this combination of blue and brown. It is less obvious than gray or black.

I took these photos before our first snowstorm and now everything is gross and melting. Honestly once the snow starts I wish it would just stay because it is so much cleaner.

In these photos I am wearing two new things Everlane sent me, ReCashmere sweater and their Authentic High Rise Skinny jeans.

The jeans are my new favourites. They have displaced these from JCREW as the best jeans in my closet. They are so good I bought these (they are on sale) as a second pair. They are true to size and I was able to get a short length so I don’t have to hem them. I love how they are super flattering and seem to suck everything in.

The ReCashmere sweater is a recycled cashmere sweater. I love this idea! They take old sweaters and break down the yarn and reknit them into new sweaters. It gives me hope for retail when old clothes are reworked instead of everything being made from new fibers. The sweater itself is a bit more cropped than Everlane’s $100 cashmere. But I like the wide ribbed collar and cuffs.
