Five years ago today I decided to build a website with zero (ok almost zero) experience. I don't really count my CS 200 module in University because I built something pretty crap and that was around the turn of the century (literally).

So torontoShopoholic.com is 5 today. Wow. I seriously didn't give much thought to the fact that I would still be blogging and writing about of all things shopping and style  5 years later. But here I am.

One thing I know for sure is that if people had not started catching on to what torontoShopholic is all about I wouldn't still be doing this. Yes it takes a long time to build up a blog following. Even the "overnight" sensations will tell you there is alot of largely unpaid work that goes into blogging.

Still I love it. I like having a space to share what I have to say and be creative. But I want to say Thank You. Whether you have been following for 5 years (Thanks Mom!) or 5 days, I have alot of gratitude for you following my little piece of the internet.

So I am saying Thank You in the one way I know how; with a HUGE Week Long GIVEAWAY!!!!!

  10. Would love to use this towards a cute little dress for the spring, yes, I'm being hopeful that one day the snow will melt and one day I will see grass, tulips and green leaves on the tree again despite the mountains of snow out there right now, lol
