Paravel Cabana Tote Review
The Paravel Cabana Tote is made to the highest level of industry benchmarks for sustainability. Made with 30 recycled plastic bottles to create the Ecocraft Canvas. This tote is also made of CircularCotton which captures cotton scraps from production floors and post consumer products.
That means these totes are produced with less water, less waste, less carbon and create a longer lifecycle for the materials. All while still looking super chic.
I am drawn to the Cabana tote because of the chic, preppy stipe style. Originally I couldn’t decide between the red blue stripe (Paloma) or the mustard and khaki green (Shandy). But then the Issimo collaboration launched and I pulled the trigger. I fell for the bright yellow!
This bag is the perfect size. So many of the totes I have can only handle a few towels and they seem to be over flowing. This tote can handle four large beach towels and still has room to pack more things like an ereader, snacks, sunscreen and hats.
There are a few pockets inside. I find these great for sunscreen. There is also a front pocket on the outside of the bag. Great for easy access for your phone or ereader.
The straps are a great length. They easily go over your shoulder and don’t slip around. So many beach totes, especially French basket bags, have short handles making it hard to carry everything to the pool or to the beach. However, this tote is so much better!
This tote is an investment piece but I don’t mind paying more for three reasons.
- Sustainability. I like that this bag is made of recycled materials.
- Size. This beach tote is the perfect size to lug everything our family needs to the beach or pool.
- Style. These totes are super chic. I love the look!
