How would you dress your kids (or grandkids? Neice or nephew?) if money was no object and they would never get dirty? And would wear anything you suggested with no complaining?
If there was no such thing as Elmo or Dora t-shirts (and kids didn’t LOVE them) I would totally go with a neutral pallet that easily mixed and matched. Something that had just enough whimsy (like that tutu skirt above!) that lets kids be kids but with style.
