Today is the last day for a week or so that I can get away with wearing fall like outfits. The temperature is starting to rise and it will be summer all over again. Still I had to wear this leopard sweater while I could.

The leopard sweater is called a sweatshirt but I don’t know why. It is merino wool which in my mind makes it a sweater. It is a crewneck style which is a similar shape to a sweatshirt but it is not sweatshirt material. It is nice weight. Heavier than the Tippi sweaters that JCREW does in merino wool. I like merino wool because it is soft and not itchy.
Quite a few of the reviews said that the fit was smaller and I really wanted this to fit like a sweater not a shrunken sweatshirt so I sized up to an XL. This also allows for some wiggle room when I wash it. I usually have no problems washing knits in cold and laying them to dry. But there is always a bit of shrinking. Worst case I have made sweaters child size but this has only happened once thank goodness!
