Rush Blitz Tackle; CFL X ELUXE

My husband is a sports fanatic. He will watch any sport, any time. Growing up though my Dad was more selective about his choices. He watched football.

ELUXE recently collaborated with the CFL on a line of t-shirts, sweatshirts & a fabulous scarf to commemorate the 102nd Grey Cup this weekend. They asked me to style one of the items from the collection & I selected Kira’s Rush Blitz Tackle tee.

I wanted to keep the look casual but an updated glam casual that felt feminine. But at the same time wouldn’t be out of place at a sporting event or pub. I picked my Buffalo Plaid pea coat as a nod to the Canadian North.

What spoke to me most of all about the Rush Blitz Tackle t-shirt is that it was about football pure and simple. It doesn’t matter what level you are cheering on, (highschool, college or professional) it doesn’t matter the league (CFL or NFL), this t-shirt is about the game. As such I think that women football fans around the globe would find this CFL for ELUXE tee relevant to their game.

I'm going to Vancouver this weekend and I'm from Calgary so yes, probably. (I don't have Grey Cup tickets though. The trip was booked months ago, and I'm actually going to a conference).

Oh that sounds like fun! Even if you aren't going to the actual game I bet the energy in the city will be fantastic :)
