Easy Wrap Dress Outfit

This weekend was full of summer chores. Power washing our decks to get them ready to stain. Mowing the lawn and fixing our back gate. We also needed to restock the fridge after our holiday. I finally took all the pine and cedar branches that were used for my winter flower boxes. Totally over due I know but I always seem to put it off until spring.

Since I didn’t take any outfit pictures while on vacation I thought I would make sure to share everything I wore now that I am home. I tried to get some pictures really I did. I should have packed my trusty tripod and remote. My family bless their harts are just not photographers. Or maybe I am too picky. Either way I will be sharing the outfits over the next few weeks.

When I shared this dress originally I was raving about how I could wrap it without having to use a camisole. Which I can but it takes quite a while to arrange it just so. It is just easier to use a camisole although I have thought of adding a snap to keep it closed without so much fiddling.

I love how this dress has a 1940’s feel to it especially when paired with the red sandals. The block heel is so retro and I really love this style. So much more walkable!

Outfit details: Dress H&M, cami super old Banana Republic (just ordered this), bag Clare V, shoes JCREW, sunglasses Chloe, necklaces Bauble Bar and Missoma.

Are you into the wrap dresses that are having a moment right now? I find so many of them are ultra low cut but if you can find ones that aren’t they are extremely versatile. I really wish that I lived near And Other Stories or that it shipped to Canada because they are killing it with their dresses.
