When my daughter was little, maybe 2 she loved the story Corduroy Lost and Found. I read that story so many times I had it memorized. Or enough memorized that I could send her off to sleep.
Corduroy is one of those fabrics that I love for fall and winter. It has a bit of a retro feel but it is also cozy and warm. Usually when we think of corduroy we are thinking of trousers but this soft pink blazer is so pretty.
But as you know it is neither fall nor winter yet! That is where this pretty pink shade comes in. It doesn’t feel so fall like a brown corduroy would but you still get that great texture in the jacket.
I could easily wear this over a dress or wear it with high waisted flares.
I don’t know what it is but I have shied away from blazers in the past few years. I have been more into trench coats and jackets that aren’t so structured in the shoulders.
I am kicking myself though right now because this blazer is fantastic.
