Blue with a pop of Black

It has been absolutely gorgeous the past few days. It definitely feels like spring is in the air. But as I am typing this I know that there is a huge storm coming with more snow and more winter weather. Gives new meaning to March Madness. And yet this time around I am totally ok with it because I know Spring is coming. There just might be a bit of freezing and thawing to deal with before we fully transition through to warmer weather.

So the moral of the story is I am not exactly putting away my winter coats just yet. I might have been able to get away with a light spring camo jacket or trench while it was above zero but while it plunges below again I will have to use my light winter coats a few more times. Considering I picked up this light blue number not too long ago a little bit more winter isn’t exactly a terrible thing, as long as I can see the days above zero in the weekly forecast.

I picked up these black Hampton fit crop pants about a month ago. They look alot more cropped on the model but on me they are an ankle cut which I love and is the whole reason I didn’t order the petite version. If you are looking for a tailored, not super skinny or tapered cropped work pant I would totally recommend these.
