Three Vacation Outfits

I didn’t take any outfit pictures while I was on vacation. I never seem to get around to doing them and honestly holiday hair and outfit pictures don’t really mix. But I have recreated three looks I wore on our family all inclusive vacation.

Stripes Linen Pants Outfit

These pants are a fun option and a beachy look that is an alternative to the usual blue or neutral stripes. The pink is not an obvious choice but I think they look great!

The linen pants come in a number of different colourways, mostly solids but there is a neutral stripe option as well. The sandals also come in a number of other options.

Linen Beach Dress

I wore this dress every day over my bathing suit. I would pop it on for breakfast. Then we would find a spot by the pool or ocean. Pop the dress back on for lunch.

The shirt dress is perfect to wear to the beach as it is loose and breezy. But still long enough that I don’t feel like I am prancing around in my swim suit.

The sandals are not Birkenstocks although they have the same sort of look. But they are softer and more comfortable than the Birkenstock EVA. They are great for a pool sandal as you don’t have to worry about them getting wet. Although the orange is very bright in person. Highlighter orange my kids say.

The hat is perfect for keeping your head and face protected from the sun. I actually bought two versions of this hat. The other one is a darker colour and has a larger brim. If you are looking for a hat that isn’t a panama hat and is a bit more flexible this is a great option. Also it comes in sizes so you don’t have to worry about fit.

Printed Yellow Skirt Outfit

This skirt was something I wasn’t expecting. I bought it on a whim with the pink stripe pants and was expecting both to not fit and return. Instead they both fit well and now they are favorites of the summer. Or they will be if when things heat up more at home.

This particular print is my favourite but it also comes in black and a tie dye type option as well. I would also pair this skirt with a brown tee.

The skirt has a straight fit. It does have a slit in the back so it is very easy to walk in and doesn’t feel restrictive on. The elastic paperbag waist is very stretchy so very comfortable.

Now all I need is for the weather to cooperate so that I can start wearing these outfits again!
