Red trousers and Leopard heels

These red trousers are one of the things I picked up on sale this month. I was pleasantly surprised how well they fit, which was awesome because they were final sale.
These are the JCREW Eaton Boy Trouser. They are wool and unlined so they are a bit scratchy but not noticeably so, but if you are sensitive to wool you might want to wear them with nylons. They have a higher waist than other JCREW pants I have tried which gives a nice silhouette when you tuck in your blouse.
I ordered the Eaton Boy Trouser in a size 12 which I am now glad I went with that. This is a size larger than I am in denim, but since I want trousers to drape nicely and these are fitted through the thigh (my problem area) it works.
I will say that you can see everything with these trousers. Panty lines are noticeable. Even the shape wear I had on at first was showing on the thigh, which defeats the purpose of shape wear. Make sure you have some under garments that don't show lines.

I like the idea of having a slim cropped trouser like these as well as a traditional wide legged trouser in my closet for work outfits.

Love the colour. This is such a fantastic look!

Great thanks! Will share for sure 🙂
I remember trying these on in store and finding them too distractingly scratchy for me. The color is gorgeous, though! And what a cute bird print on that shirt.

It really depends on your ability to handle wool. I find that since they are a blend it doesn't really bother me, but like you said some would find them scratchy.
Love the color of the pants and it goes well with leopard. Too bad it isn´t thick enough to hide the VPL but hey, I´d wear this with black tights on any snowy day and I´d be fine and toasty inside too. 😉
I know right? I was even thinking it could look cool with printed tights and flats for a more quirky geek chic look.
I just LOVE those red pants! So cute on you! And the leopard heels are gorgeous!
Thank you!
I enjoyed reading your post on trousers. I looking to learn all I can on what people like to wear in this area of fashion.
