What I bought and I liked back to school

We are winding down the first week and a few days of school. In this time I have bought a small fortune in jeans and other clothing to make sure that everyone has things to wear. And of course I have sprinkled in a few things for myself.

What I bought and liked

Burgundy sweater - so yes I bought this sweater and yes it is probably my favourite because the colour is gorgeous. It has a bit of a fleck to it but mostly it is this deep wine colour. This is the type of colour that goes great with my white/grey hair.

Stipe Tee - I also stocked up on some tees. I did however accidentally ordered a duplicate of this stripe tee because I had packed it for a road trip back in July and forgot to unpack it. Then I thought I must have imagined getting it because I couldn't find it for ages. But then of course I found it after I had ordered the second one. I decided I can never have too many stripey tees.

PJ bottoms - Many of my pjs are getting a bit threadbare. I ordered these on a whim and they are fantastic. The cotton is so soft. I will be ordering another pair.

SleekTech joggers - These I originally bought because I wanted a pair of lightweight joggers. And these fit the bill perfectly. I ordered them again in the blue/grey colour because they are great for when you want a jogger but want to also feel like you aren't wearing much at all.

Joggers - These joggers I got for my daughter. She loves how loose they are and they are the traditional fleecy jogger. These are going to be on high rotation every weekend.

Wide leg jeans - Basically all the jeans my daughter kept were wide leg jeans. These ones are the favourite but this and this were also kept.

Mid rise painter pant - I am not loving jeans like I used to. These pull on painter pants are a soft and comfy alternative. Plus there is a 40% off friends and family sale.

There was a time that I was using substack to share posts like this. Do you prefer substack? I didn't like to have to manage two platforms so I gave up on substack maybe too soon.
