I have had this Buffalo Plaid coat for a few seasons now, I think probably back around when I started doing torontoShopoholic.com. And as much as I love the bold plaid I haven’t worn it as much as I would like because when you pair it with a toque and sorels it can look a bit lumberjack-ish. Buffalo plaid is typically worn by men and definitely has a work-wear vibe.
However when you pair the jacket with less wintery items, it actually works as a great statement coat. I feel like a bit of a Joe Fresh poster child lately as I have been posting outfits with at least 2 Joe items! And here again, the stripe tee and the jacket are both Joe Fresh.
