TeamBuy Two Week Challenge

About a week ago the people at TeamBuy contacted me to participate in a Spring Challenge.

The timing is perfect. I am ready to get off the computer, get outside and try new things! Well at the very least I want to try new things!

So I was challenged to spend some Team Bucks (it’s like Canadian Tire money only it just to purchase TeamBuys through the TeamBuy.ca website) on some of the promotions on their website.

This definitely pushed me outside my comfort zone. Because usually with these group buying websites I buy 1 of 2 things. Restaurant coupons for restaurants in my neighbourhood OR coupons for stores (like that GAP Groupon) I already shop at.

I have made 3 buys already and I am super excited about all of them.

Here’s what I am buying SO FAR.

1. Tickets to visit the Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory.

I drive past the signs for this on the 401 all the time. It’s one of those places that I think, wow my daughter would LOVE to go here, but secretly I would love to go too.

2. Raspberry Ketone

Touted by none other that Dr. Oz as a way to trick the body into thinking it is skinny and has a skinny persons metabolism, this is a way to burn fat using something nature gave us.

Since I have loads of baby weight to still loose I can use any help I can get. Might as well give it a try!

3. Delivery from St. Lawrence Market.

Did you know that you can get St. Lawrence Market food DELIVERED? No me neither. But Foodel takes meats and cheeses and other specialty foods that are usually only available via market stands at the St. Lawrence Market and delivers them to your door. CAN’T WAIT!

Have you bought a teambuy.ca buy? Have you checked them out lately?
