Weekend Style

weekend style

Lately I have been throwing this jacket over everything. Mornings are still cool and they always seem colder at the morning school drop. I swear my kids school is 10 degrees colder than the rest of the neighborhood because of the wind. I don’t mind too much though because I always feel more dressed when I have a jacket to pull an outfit together.

I wore this outfit to work one day this past week. Minus the hat of course. I have been trying to wear more skirts now that the weather is warmer. I always trend towards pants for the office, which in the winter makes sense. Noone wants to be cold but now that we have temperatures above 20 degrees I don’t have any excuse. Plus wearing these skirts will make for a good exercise to see what doesn’t get worn and get be phased out of my closet.

I am not embarrassed to admit I wore this again on the weekend. And not just to take these pictures. It was a perfect outfit for the morning when there was still cool air and then shed the jacket as the day went on. weekend outfit

Cute outfit! I really like that skirt and how you styled everything around it.

I often wear the same thing on the weekend that I wore to work, why not? I love the white skirt and the suede jacket really is a gorgeous piece. Chic on the Cheap

Thanks Lyddiegal! I often stick with jeans on the weekend but with the warmer temps am totally re-wearing work outfits. I see different people on the weekend anyways!
