What I wore

Shades of Camel

When I first got this coat I was thinking that it was perfectly neutral and it would go with everything. Everything but my lucious camel coloured scarf. So I was constantly putting other scarves with this coat until one day I got a bit lazy and paired this scarf with this coat anyways. Turns out it totally works.

January has been super busy. We have been dog sitting, my daughters 8th birthday just passed and my work life is gearing up for the busiest part of the year. It is nice to have a coat like this that allows me to stay warm and look stylish without putting much effort into getting ready in the morning.

I have found a new pair of dark jeans that have quickly become my favourites. They are the Banana Republic Zero Gravity line of denim and it is quite good. I prefer the dark denim to the grey pair I got at the same time. The grey jeans don’t actually feel like jeans whereas the dark denim does. They have stretch similar to my yoga jeans. They hold their shape really well and seem to suck in and flatter. Curvy girls need to try these jeans.
