This summer has been one of those summers. Cooler and not too many of those 30 + degree days. Which means I can easily throw on jeans and not feel sweltering. Or wear a sweater in the mornings.
I put on this twist front sweater that I love so much I now have it in two colours and paired it with white jeans to look more summery. The wedge heels I really love with this look because there is no cutting off the ankle at all. I think I like these shoes best with jeans over skirts.
I know twist details and knotted details are all the rage right now but this sweater is not only super comfortable but also really flattering. I am not really a trendy dresser but if a trend looks good and can have some staying power I will buy into it.

A note on my lips. I am wearing my favourite lips only better shade, Dolce Vita. I have the shade in the lip pencil and the lipstick, but I greatly prefer the lip pencil as it is more pigmented and matte. I can do a comparison post if you are interested – let me know in the comments!
