So grateful for your photo tour through Quebec City. It has been a great resource to me as I plan my trip there in September! It didn’t seem like any of the things you mentioned charged admission, is that true? (other than the bus tour)

So there is a fee to get into the Museum. We paid the family rate which I remember being affordable. You can also go and come back later in the day which we did. The hop on hop off tour we did included the boat tour, but otherwise that would cost. The poutine we had to buy as well obviously.

Much of the rest of what I list is simply visiting historic neighbourhoods and parks in the old walled part of the city so there is little to no cost. Just getting around which is why we used the hop on hop off tour. You can even get free tours of the National Assembly of Quebec. Just check out their own website for more details.

We did have to pay for parking because our hotel was not in the old historic district.
