What I wore

White Midi Skirt

jcrew clip dot skirt

It has FINALLY started to warm up so we don’t have to freeze in a skirt. This skirt is the factory version of a JCREW skirt from last year. I love that JCREW redoes it’s popular styles as factory styles. It gives a second chance to us slow pokes who don’t seem to move fast enough to get popular styles. Plus the price point is even better and the skirt is all cotton.

JCREW clip dot skirt review

When I was a teen I shied away from anything elastic waist because I felt like it made me look too hippy. Now I know it depends on how tight that elastic is on the waist. This skirt has a fairly flattering elastic waist and the front panel has a flat look which helps quite a bit. I don’t stay away from this style of skirt anymore. Lets face it they are super comfortable. The JCREW clip dot skirt also has pockets which is super awesome. You never know when your kid might hand you a rock to hold or might be in need of carrying around a tissue. Which is pretty much all the time who are we kidding?

If you are like me and prefer skirts to shorts most of the time this one is really pretty. The clip dot detail adds a texturized look which is great. What do you think? Would you wear this skirt?
