Last Days of Summer

This past weekend we had one gorgeous day and one stormy one. Saturday it was like summer returned. My husband joked that it finally showed up. Whichever is right I know that there are only a few more days that are going to be like this so I took advantage of it and dressed the part.

I picked up both these shorts and the heels on end of season sale on sales. But then it turned cold and I assumed I wasn’t going to get a chance to wear any of it until a sunshine vacation or next year even. But hello heatwave!

The kids and I played in our back yard, we went for a nature trail walk (even better since all the bugs seem to be gone) and even played at the park for a bit.

Even the sunglasses are new in this post. I was sent them by SmartBuyGlasses.
