What I wore

Anthropologie Fashion Show

July 5, 2013

boho maxi dressLast night I was out at the Anthropologie Summer Fashion show at the Shops at Don Mills.

It was a fun night to catch up with some of my blogger friends and see some of the new Anthropologie clothing that I had seen online, now in person.

One of the things that was done so well with this presentation were the range of ages and body types that modeled the clothing. It was so refreshing and gave everyone a better idea how everything fits.

anthropologie maxi dressI wanted to make sure I wore something Anthro to the event tonight so I went with my maxi dress that I have a love hate relationship with because I LOVE the print, but hate when I don’t stand up straight!

myfashavenueDeanne from My Fash Avenue looked super cute as always and have everyone envying her Anthropologie Scalloped Stripes Ponte Skirt which is still available online!

anthropologie jardim lace dressMy favourite model from the evening, she knew how to work that catwalk and have fun. Wearing the Anthropologie Jardim Lace Dress.

anthrpologie sunglow stripes dressMy absolute favourite look from the night. It felt like something I would wear on the blog here and that DRESS! So fun. Anthropologie Plenty by Tracy Reese Sunglow Stripes Dress.

one chic momI love that Iva from One Chic Mom  styled a fun pair of Joe Fresh shorts in such a chic way. You can see her full look and more photos from the night HERE.

Sounds like such a blast! Wish I lived in the big TO to be able to attend this type of event, and I’m not going to lie, the shopping there sounds amazing. For now though, I’ll stick to small ol’ NB!

Lovely shoes in your post! They look so comfortable, yet stylish!

Thanks! Yes Toronto shopping is pretty fab even though many people complain that it isn’t NYC (grass is always greener).

The great thing though is so many of these stores now ship internationally, even to small ol’ NB 😉

You looked fab! Such pretty outfits at the show. I’m impressed they used ‘real’ models; each one looked great.
